phpBB - Last Post Title on Index

Hello:

I run a phpBB forum, http://www.beatthegmat.com

I noticed that on this 4WebHelp forum, on the index page under the "Last Post" column, you have found a way to show the title of the last post for each forum section. Did you use the topics_anywhere mod to show these titles? How can I implement Last Post titles on the index page of my phpBB forum as well?

Thanks for your help. I hope I am framing my question clearly (I'm not so sure...)

I have one more question:

How can I change the order of the Date, Last Post Title, and User in my Last Post column? Which file should I modify, where should I go to move these things around (index.php?)? I want my Last Post column to look exactly like the the Last Post column on this forum:
Last Post Title
Date
Username
