Warning: main(): stream does not support seeking in /home/virtual/site21/fst/var/www/html/index.php on line 205
Started getting it since my host upgraded to PHP 4.3.2, funny thing is that the script works fine, and everything works, I just get it on the front page of BluesWeb.co.uk |

Seems to be a PHP 4.3.2 bug:

So you'd better stop including files via their URL! (unless these files aren't on your site ) |

I need to include a file with a query string in, it's the only way I can do it unless I can do it unless I rewrite the whole lot, believe me I tried.
PHP's developers are thick, if they are going to do that, why the hell do they give error messages? I mean JESUS CHRIST, it includes the file fine, but gives an error, what the hell is the point in that? It carries out a function perfectly, but then gives an error saying it can't be done.

If you put @include does that help? Also I would think that the error message isn't supposed to appear, thus why it's considered a bug . |

Exactly, what annoys me, is it can't be an error, as it's running the code properly and the PHP is working, there shouldn't be an error message there |

Cheers Daniel, that fixed it and made a nightmare slightly easier, but it's a silly silly bug. what is the actual difference between the @include and include then? |

@ in front of a function name hides any errors which may be output. |
