Well as i posted earlier,you should try searching on Google.
There are numerous webhosting companies from Europe that use H-Sphere CP.
Try checking the links in the peoples signatures, you can find something that suit your needs.
And when you choose you can tell us are you satisfied with quality of the service.

I checked the yourserving.com. Think they have servers in Europe and H-Sphere. So go on and check that. I`ll search and post more links tommorow.
