 Good Multiple Choice Quiz Script Wanted

I was just wondering if anyone knew of a good multiple choice quiz script that met the following criteria :

- PHP/MYSQL Powered
- Allows Multiple Choices (A, B or C)
- Top Score Table
- Abillity to email users their score and the questions they got right and wrong.

If anyone has any ideas on where I could find one, I would greatly appreciate it! Smile
