 Internal Server error for a missing php page

Hi,

I have an apache 1.3.24 running on my win NT 4.0. When i open a .php page, there is no problem. When i open a .html page, nog problem. But, when i ask a .php that doesn't exist, I get an internal server error. With a normal .html page I get an error 404.

PHP is running in safe mode.

Try deleting the .htaccess file if you have one.........
