This is really complicated, I've got a problem using headers and footers for scripts etc, I call the header, which also uses an include to display the menu, so for instance I have

Script.php that Includes header.php, and header.php includes menu.php, the problem is, script, php includes header.php, but menu.php does not show up, I know this sounds really complicated, but i wanted to know if there is a way round it?

Are you using relative paths? If so, use a path with $DOCUMENT_ROOT in it instead.
