 Where can I download Perl for Apache 1.3.24

Just wondering where I can download perl for apache 1.3.24, as I've got mysql downloaded as well as php, but not yet perl.

Any suggestions?

Also can I download an apache module to run asp?

Get Perl from: CPAN's Perl or ActiveState Perl

For getting ASP to work you with apache you can go for
Apache::ASP
