Hi,

I clicked on the LINK to receive the discount to Template Monster. The item I had in my shopping cart reflected the discount (from $62 to $50). However, when you go to the page for billing where you input your credit card number, it reverts back to the $62 price.

I emailed TM and they were no help - not interested in helping me receive the discount. They only suggested I input the actual code - but there is no code to input.

Any suggestions from forum members on how to make the discounted link work?

Thanks.
Patrice

Hi Patrice,

Thanks for reporting this. I will get in touch with TM on our end to try to get this fixed as soon as possible.

I ended up buying from another site which had a discount. I've purchased from Template Monster in the past and when emailing them, found them to care less about issues or customers. So I decided to buy elsewhere.

When I emailed them about this issue, explaining in GREAT DETAIL, their response: It cost $62.

There you go. But I am sure other folks would like to use the link in the future.

Take care.
Patrice

TM have told me they are working on fixing this.

However in the meantime I had a closer look, and it appears the $62 price is just a display issue on the checkout page. Indeed, if you choose a payment method (such as Google Checkout), the price you are asked to pay is $50.

This is now fixed. I'm sorry for the trouble.
