Very good support, they have been pretty reliable.
You get your own ip address with your hostname.

you must not have filled out the form correctly or something, as I had no problem signing up. Weird how you didnt bother to chase the matter up.
Email support, support@avs.net.au - You should have a reply under 24hrs (but its the weekend here, not sure how long it would take, but definitly by Monday sometime)
I still stand by what I say.
I will email them, and they may visit here. |

i looked at thier site recently and they are not accepting tht payment method anymore so prehapes they they were having trouble accepting it |

oh its there.... ok.. say you have signed up and have chosen the "credit card" option. When you need to make the payment... click "Payment Center" then click "credit card" and it will take you to the credit card payment page.. types of cc they support are: Visa, MasterCard & BankCard |
