Any recomendation of software to create Flash videos (FLV) from avi.
And I need a Flash Player video that displays preview and can load those videos. Im open to Free or Comercial $$$

For 'players' FLV Player or VLC (videolan.org I think) as for converters - try tucows.com. There will be some shareware or freeware one's listed there.
