Comparing Date Unix time in Mysql with Nowdate -1

My data looks like rows below:
ID | Name | Email | phone | Outlet | Remarks | Date_reg
records data is :
1 | chandra |
chandra@yahoo.com
| 041182083812 | 8 | 8 | 1176086033
2 | neng |
neng@yahoo.com
|84234823 | 0 | 0 | 1175999633
What i want to do is to SELECT rows which Date_reg = Nowdate - 1; (last date registered)
please help me to resolve my problem.
