 modules not working

I just compiled Apache 1.3.22 on Red Hat Linux and modules don't work, Apache just spits out an error while loading,

Check the @INC array to see if it is pointing to the correct directories.

Don't think apache 1.3.22 was a stable release, get apache 1.3.23, as that works fine
