Hi -

This question may have been answered, but I could not find it anywhere in the forum. I have a custom login screen that redirects the user to their personal web page based off of thier login. Once I got that working, I added .htaccess and .htpasswd and was hoping to pass the user/passwd in the url like this -> http://$user:$passwd@domain.com/dir/. It works with firefox, but not with IE. I noticed IE unsupported this in ver. 6. Now I have no idea how to make this work. I need to have my directories secure. I have read something about using php_include and mod_rewrite but could not find any examples on this. Any help on this would be much appreciated.

Thanks!

- Mike
