Hello everyone!

Just found this site and was hoping someone can help me with this.

I want to add search to my website but so far have not come up with anything that I like or that works without taking my visitor offsite or flooding them with ads.

Is there a program I can add to the site and then index the pages or products to it so my customer can find them and not be bombarded with other junk?
