Hi
Couple of accessibility issues for you. How about using alt or longdesc attributes for your images so that people with impaired vision or using a screen reader [who would miss all of your nav links] can access your services? This is a fairly easy way of extending the reach of your site. Also, I found the white font on a grey background difficult to read.
In quite a few places you underline text to make it stand out. Most people will think underlined text is a link and try to click it.
Hope this helps. Good luck with the business.
