This account should have the ability to run ASP files on linux server.
Should use Whm/Cpanel
Should be able to reach provider via telephone
Should be able to provide basic support for scripting
Should be able to create reseller accounts.
Should perform backups weekly at least
Maybe even support adult content?

Serious big web hosting providers wont allow adult content, majority of adult sites are hosted in dedicated servers, so youare totaly responsible for it.
