At the moment I am hosting my site with Low Cost Names hosting for £30 p/a, but I am frequently getting problems. Sometimes the site just does not work for 2 hours a day, and sometimes I do not see the website for a whole day. They say it is because of my ISP (Pipex), which I later found out was true, yet I can view just about any other website.

My site consists of a phpBB Forum, chat room, graphic pages, and selling pages. The forum has only been up for a week and I have 53 registered members, and my server space is running out, as I ony have 20MB on a Unix server.

Can anyone give me some suggestions as to what to do please. As I want to be able to view my site and make any necessary changes more frequently. Should I change host? If so, to which one? Don't want to change my ISP.

Could you post the output of the following command, run at the command prompt, preferably at a time when you can't access your site?

Code:
tracert yoursite.com

(replace yoursite.com with your domain name)
