Is there any free control panels out there?

webmin's nice, and I use it on my home computers, but I wouldn't recomment it for hosting. The other one you linked to looks nice though Smile

None of them support windows or a server other than apache!

Why did you choose Windows? Software for Windows doesn't tend to be free Smile

Also Apache is the most popular web server by far, so it's not surprising to find most control panels being designed for Apache.

Yeah, i would probably switch to linux but cant be arsed, i may do at the weekend. Anyway, i will switch to apache, but how do you set it up

There are a variety of downloads of Apache which are precompiled for Windows and include extra things like Perl, PHP, SSL etc.

You can choose between Apache 2 or Apache 1. Apache 1 first, note that both of these include PHP, PERL and SSL.

They both are as installation packages and is fairly automatic but you do need to review the configuration files to make sure that it is setup how you want it to be setup. For that you will need to read the documentation provided with the installation.
