I would ignore the rude words in that (and ignore the American spelling :O), and make a serious effort to (re)learn some basic grammar. It can always be useful in life Smile

[Darren: Don't mention the fact you live in England Wink]

While your English is not exactly perfect, you are still more grammatically correct than just about every American. Still, there is always room for improvement...

I can live with that Smile

I got an A in English Language too, and I agree that it was a waste of time. However I do think it accurately reflected my level Razz (not sure about you - either it doesn't reflect yours, or you just forgot everything since you did your GCSEs Wink).

Would have been 1992 I think. But to be honest I don't really ever remember having actual grammar lessons. No idea what we did for 5 years but it obviously wasn't anything constructive!!

I didn't have any grammar lessons either - in fact I haven't had any since I was about 8. The emphasis is more on proper expression, reading and comprehension.

Apparently I am

a MASTER of the English language

tho I have to say I hate english grammar (and spelling), as it is such a pain to learn. Far easier to learn some other language Smile
