 Dreamweaver scroll problem

Dreamweaver is driving me mad...

When I scroll down it scrolls line by line, however when I scroll up it jumps up a whole page.

I have looked in the menus and the help files and cannot find how to make it scroll up one line and down one line.

Does anyone know how to do this in Dreamweaver MX

yer I got the same problem. Does any1 have an solution for us? Driving me mad..cant even work normal anymore..
