Quite a new company, been going for about 18 months, Are very good at support , and their support forums always have a few support staff patrolling, very good customer service, speed and uptime, although they are not all that cheap and are US based.

Maybe they're not that cheap ($9.95/mo), but look at the bandwidth (15 GB) and the storage (350 MB). Add unlimited subdomains and such, and you have a winner.

Pity they didn't answer my presales questions for almost a week now, else I would move my domain today.

I've been a customer since December and although I'm in the UK (hence about 5 hours ahead due to timezones) I've always had swift respones from them.

Also they have a vibrant customers forum where as well as solving each others problems, requests can be made for customers to do scripting or web design sometimes free...but not always.
