Help!

I do mystery shopping for a company called Quality Eye. Basically I go into shops and assess service and get paid for it. Well, they have asked me to evaluate a website and I am not sure what to look for.

Could anyone give me any pointers?

I believe they are looking for more people for their panels to do mystery shopping for those interested.
