Outlook express email customisation

I would like to customise the email i send out. I would like to achieve somekind of header that has logao and phone number at the top with the the email content below

Code:

LOGO
phone number

then type email content here

Looking at email i have recevied from companies they achieve it with HTML all fairly straight froward. But how would you link this together to be able to add a new message to the email within outlook express/

Yeah i use to do that way before. Now i use send studio to send professional mails anyway.
