Good FREE host is required ASAP!

Hi im new here because I need a host that works so that I can move away from a partner site and make my own for free.

the ammount of hits i expect is about 400-10,000 a day. The most our partner site (www.cartmanland.net) got in a day was 27,000 total and 9,000 unique.

what i need:
Essentially FTP Access
PHP is also required because my imagefolio uses it and my site uses PHP include
URL doesnt matter, I can easily get a free redirection
Bandwidth, I need atleast 3gb but more would be nice
Space i need atleast 50mb for my image gallery (over 100 wallpapers and 400 smaller pictures)
Dont care about email.. I just need the hosting.
Also no banners, pop-ups arent so bad.

If yall could help it would be ever so helpful.

If you're willing to take popups then won't one of the "classic" free hosts (ie big companies) work? The PHP requirement obviously eliminates a few but I think you should still be able to find one.
