Many thanks Adam for pointing that out. Because of the nature of the problem I was unaware of it up until now (the site was working fine for me).

A code change in the file which decides which layout to display. If it's not given a layout (via the URL or a cookie), it uses the default one, but the name of the default layout wasn't set (I moved the code up in the file but the variable which set the name of the default layout was later on in the file). |
