You can notice a lot of similarities, such as the cult following, some of the problems they have are :
1. No contact details other than email. Against the law.
2. False address given for domian name, whois. Against the law.
3. Being able to veiw other peoples credit card details. Against the law.
4. Saying that you cannot possibly connect without the dialler. Untrue.
5. Saying that they were not a VISP. Untrue.
6. No contact or action from the unreal company, for weeks.
7. A growing number of people unable to get online.
8. Some people signed up, but still havent recieved a welcome email, therefore no account, dispite having paid in advance. |

Sounds like a scam, but I don't think this is true:

I think the only problem with fake contact info is that if someone disputes ownership, you can't prove the domain name is yours... |

depends which TLD it is, I know Nominet (.uk registrar) require you to have correct info as part of their TOS. |
