Strange situation with 'PENDINGDELETE'

Hi,

I am attempting to register a domain whose registrar is Network Solutions.
Running a whois query on this domain returns the following:

Here's the funny situation:
1. The domain has began the deletion cycle, went through
REDEMPTION GRACE for 30 days, went into PENDINGDELETE
but...
Its Expiration Date is at least one year into the future, in May 2004. How come??
2. From other posts on this forum I gather that Pending Delete domains are
supposed to be released 6 days after their Updated Date, at around 2PM EDT.
As can be seen from the above whois query, this period elapsed and the domain
is *still* PENDINGDELETE

So, can someone please let me know what may be going on here and, most importantly, when this domain will really be released? If there's foul Network Solutions conduct here, how can I complain?
