I'm working on a website for the future. I want to have streaming mp3's at 192kbs or better maybe starting out with 25 full tracks, does anyone know the price ranges for something like this? or where I could go for more information?

Forgot to add:

I also want to make my own player on the site, that will stay in place, with just play,pause, next back etc, a genre selector and have the artist scroll across a selection. Would I simply make the graphic then link selections to to play and stop, or is it more difficult than that?
