Isn't the 192.168.*.* range of IPs reserved for Local Area Networks??

Yes it is reserved for LANs.
Unless you have a LAN, and a coputer on your LAN has that IP, it won't work Smile

Ya, its on my LAN and im trying to figure out how to make it so the public can view it.

You'll have to use the IP you're connected to the net with (the IP your ISP assigned to you).

assuming you're using a router, you'll need to setup packet forwarding.
