Actually, they do have tech support -- their forum, plus if something's wrong they tell people to email support@discount-hosting.com. They simply aren't support-oriented, it's not their focus and they make no promises about it.
DH simply makes sure that they run so well that no one needs tech support. In the year plus I've used them, I've never had any problems and never once wanted support... so I'm happy to not have to pay for a bunch of idiots who'd be asking support to write their code for them or something. |
