I found them immediately after F2S notified me they were dumpinh free accounts.
Waited a few months to test em out and they have prooved very good. improving a good service.
Although pretty young offer great customer support, pay monthly or yearly using "worldpay" (similar to paypal). Does require a domain name though and entry level pricing is $5.95 per month or $59.50 yearly. Find em at http://www.spiralhost.com
