I've just start to buid my wesite and want to know how to display a movable text area when mouseover on link, just have a look at the link below to see what I mean.

No, it isn't possible to do such a thing through CSS.

After looking for a while, I found the code, which is here: http://www.bosrup.com/web/overlib/download.html

Then look at the manual page to choose which effect you want to use: http://www.bosrup.com/web/overlib/docs.html
