Apologies if this has been asked a million times before, but is it possible to run multiple copies of IE, of differing version, on the same Windows installation?

What I've usually read and heard is that Microsoft's installation program uninstalls old copies of IE before installing a new one. Confused

No, it is not possible what I would suggest is partitioning your hard drive and have a dual boot Operating System if you really needed to test different M$ browser versions on one machine.
