I'm trying to make a custom design for my forums but I cant figure out what file to edit that has the style. If anyone knows what file to edit please let me know. |

Hi,
The files to edit are in templates/subSilver/. overall_header.tpl contains the header template, and overall_footer.tpl contains the footer template.

What about the border and all the colors, like you have the dotted line instead of the solid line. |

That is all in the CSS. By default the CSS is in overall_header.tpl, but can be moved to subSilver.css.
For the dotted line we have, you'd be looking at the .forumline class. |

As far as I know it's just a question of removing the CSS from overall_header.tpl and uncommenting the <link> tag which points to subSilver.css. |
