if u click the link, u see a slidey flash thing - took me hours to do, i had to copy and paste each slide and move it down by one untill the "a" was off the face image. is there a quicker way of doing this if you understand me |

I believe if you put the image of the 'a' in two different positions in two different keyframes, then add tweening, the movement will be done automatically. |

You could use a motion tween.
Where you would set the first key frame with the 'a' covering the face and a 2nd keyframe with the face fully revealed. The bigger the gap between the two keyframes the slower your animation will be.
If you check the help of Flash there should be step by step instructions on how to achieve this.
