is there anyway to make a small textbox preferably without a border. I need a textbox that is 17 pixels tall but I can figure out how to do it.

Code:
<textarea name="whatever" style="height: 17px; border: 0px"></textarea>

Does that do it?

I changed it to this
Code:
<input type="textbox" name="whatever" style="height: 17px; border: 0px">

because textarea gave it scroll bars, but thanks a lot for the
Code:
style="height: 17px; border: 0px"

part because this is what I was looking for.

Can I also change the text size of the textbox?

Out of interest when working with the <textarea> element you could have chosen the CSS; {overflow: hidden;} if you wanted to loose the scrollbars.
