 Bcc on ASP driven email?

Hi all

I've a 'send to a friend' form working on my site. It sends an HTML email to an inputted address using ASP. I've 2 questions:

1. How do I add a bcc to myself? I tried 'AddBcc' with no luck.
2. How do I make the address field on the form obligatory?
