1) Is the area directly underneath the menu going to contain anything? It cause a bit of unnecessary scrolling as it is.
2) I'm sure you could find a better way to create the boxes at the side rather than just having 2 really tall graphics to do all of the edges. If you constructed the boxes individually it would make for a much more flexible design
