Mobile Phones: Anyone here use the Nokia 3410?

I'm thinking of buying a new phone, but I don't want to spend much. The Nokia 3330/3310 series is way too "classic" for my liking - 50% of mobile phone users in my school have one of them! Very Happy

So, I'm looking at the 3410 model. Anyone have one? Anyone know someone who has one? If so, what do you/they think of it?

Also, how does the WAP browser work on it? There's some Java thing on it, but I'm not exactly sure what that means! Laughing

lol, I was looking at one of those to be honest, it's about the only Nokia thats ever appeled to me, as it's about the only one thats ever looked good, although I bought a Sony Ericsson T300 last week, and have been really happy with it to be honest.

WAP Is **** if you have a modem in the phone below 14.4k, it's just too slow, and buggy, and not really worth it on a smallish low resolution screen that the lowish Nokia 3x10's have. Not got that problem with my 7 line display and 28.8k modem though, no hanging about with that.[/url]

Well, I got the Nokia 3410 in the end, and it seems great so far Very Happy

It's also a little lighter than the 3310/3330 models, which is nice Smile

3315 is also quite funky and light, but whats the use now ...
I love its buttons

Never heard of it... Doubt I could have bought it! Smile

Edit: checked Nokia's site and it doesn't exist in France.
