Libel Content Question?

Got a little problem with a rival website, that has just gone and publicly posted my name/address/telephone number over at another Ipswich Town Website, was just wondering what the kind of thing would be that you would do to take action against this site, the site I'm refering to would be :

Just wondered if you had any advice that you could pass on, because I can't contact their host until monday as they are closed Sad

Well there's probably nothing you can do in the meantime, unfortunately. However, as soon as you can on Monday, phone the host. They should remove it straight away as it is illegal.

Yeah, Thats all I could think of, I mean the webmaster doesn't like me, so they're probably in on it, I'd laugh my head off if the host disabled the whole domain though!
