look at L33T.ca its run off a Rogers@Home cable modem! No wonder FTP is prety ssslllooowwww, its fre but when you use up 400Megs of bandwidth you have to pay them $US5 per GB that you use. i'd only use 'em if i really needed SSH.

I actually know the guys that run l33t.ca .. and they're actually working on collocating their server. They've been saying that for a while, but've just been running into hardware problems.
