Hi,
Does anyone know of a source of < 10Gb hard drives in the UK? I'm getting a computer with a removable hard rive and it seems a waste to buy 3x30Gb hard drives (and expensive) when I'm not going to need that kind of disk space on each of them (they're only for mucking around with linux, FreeBSD etc...)

ebay or another auction site is probably the easiest place to find one. Providing you buy from someone with a good rating its not risky. |

Could also try one of your local computer fairs as they usually have some new or second hand ones going cheap....
Mind you if getting a 2nd hand one try to get it tested as duff ones are 2 a penny and its a real pain having to got back.... |
