If you actually want to run the php you'll have to install php on a local webserver.

I had a Linux box set up for this once but since getting broadband cable theres was no point keeping it. Anyway now that I have Mac OS X, I have Apache/PHP/MySQL all running on my local machine, which is handy if the internet access goes down. For Windows use Microsoft Personal Web Server.

If your just after displaying the HTML/layout I gather from this post there is a way to do this.

If you just want the HTML, and your running WINXP, you just need a simple registry hack, if you need it I'll send it to you Smile

I doubt it, as he did state if you're running WINXP.
