Having moved my main site to them when they started hosting in Spring 2001. I can say i have been very happy with the level of service (only down once so far) and support via both phone and email.
You get 100meg, ftp, php 4.0, MySql (only one database), own cgi-bin, Sun Chillisoft ASP, FrontPage 2000 Extensions, Mod Perl. Works out at about £35.00 a year including vat with 5,120 MB data transfer per year extra can be purchased if needed.
