I am trying to set up a site on my win 7 laptop. I can run html with no problems. When I try to run php I get an HTTP Error 401.3.
Everything that I've seen goes back to ACL rights. I've opened up everything and still it doesn't work. I ran cacls and every user has full access (including anonymous).
Any ideas? Is there something in the php config or something else that I'm missing?
