Cyberwings recently raised their prices for domains, but they're still quite cheap. Shawn said he had to raise the prices, as he was getting too many support questions.

Some of those domain guys aren't "ICANN accridited" (or something like that, my english is not very good). What's the difference with a domain seller that IS on the ICANN website...?

(example: Stargate is a bit more expensive then reg2c.com, the only differnce i can find is that Stargate is ICANN accredited, and reg2c.com isn't. owh, and btw, reg2c.com is a turkish company. i shouldn't trust em, but it's up to you)

I would think that if a company isn't ICANN accredited it's because they're reselling for somebody, like Cyberwings do.

I think being ICANN accredited it basically allows you access to the root servers so you can add domain names......

I stand to be corrected on that.
But you will find most domain sellers are just resellers.....

I like namecheap.com because they are only $8.88 per year but you can do url forwarding and email forwarding if you prefer. Plus you can change anything else for free at any time, even the name servers, account owner, etc.
