Does anyone know of hosts with PHP and PEAR enabled? Specifically, the Mail module needs to be active (or easily activated from the control panel).
The quality of the hosting needs to be decent as well. Either top-notch shared hosting, or low-cost VPS type would be fine. |

Since VPS has had much better uptime, is much faster, and gives you much more freedom, since you can install any panel you want, it will be much better choice.
but it costs more than shared account. |

I suggest you to choose the host that suits your needs and provides constant and uninterrupted services and support. |
