First Post - MYSQL 4.0 Help needed please

Hi Everyone,

First post here but this has been driving me crazy for a while so thought I would ask for help.

I have a website where by if someone wants to visit a link, they have to be logged in, if they are not logged in, it takes them to a page that displays the merchants details and tells them to sign up.

I am trying to pull the website url from the database and having it so that it is something like this

Click here to visit <hyperlink>4webhelp.net</hyperlink> if you do not wish to join

My database is MYSQL 4.0

I have tbl_items and then the url is in website

Any help or advice would be much appreciated, I keep looking at codes and thinking this should be simple, but I was up till 4am this morning trying to sort it.
