I am looking for some type of script, if it exists, that could allow a user to have a master username and password. I have a site that has multiple protected areas. I am looking for a way to allow certain users to enter the username/password once to gain access to any protected area.
Presently, if I set the same username/password in each area, .htaccess requires you to enter the combo upon entering each area. Is there anyway to set up one username/password and only enter it one time, but have access to different areas without having to re-enter it?
Thanks |

If you use .htaccess password protection and place all the protected pages in one protected directory then you will only have to enter the password once. |
