Our forums were hacked approximately 12 hours ago, using a vulnerability in our main site, which shares its database with these forums. The hacker deleted all the administrators of these forums, thereby reassigning all their posts to the "Guest" user and deleting their private messages. I therefore had to restore a backup of these forums, which luckily was from Sunday evening.
Unfortunately though some changes to the forums from the past 24 hours or so may have been lost (posts, private messages, new users, etc...). We apologise for the inconvenience. |
